Beautiful modern detached villa - 180 m2 - built on two levels and has a luxurious pool area overlooking the harbor. The sleeping area is on the ground floor and kitchen and living rooms on the first floor. There are three balconies and a roof terrace with 360 views over Port d'Addaia.
