Ideally located facing the spectacular Aegean sunset, the Villa PAROS Summer Houses provide a unique memorable vacation experience. A blend of minimal architecture combined with the Mediterranean landscape creates a unique atmosphere for beyond any expectation. The Villa houses are designed using elements of the surrounding scenery as well as contemporary architecture to create and frame views of the endless sea and the movements of the sun. In a poetic moment architecture and scenery create an initiation to the summer leisure.

The Villa is a 350 m2 sea front private property, located on the idyllic region of the Agia Irini bay area of Paros. The outdoor spaces, with the large pool and the many different terraces, are ideally created to enjoy the view, from Antiparos Island and the islets of Epano Fira, Kato Fira in front of Agia Irini bay, to the islands of Syros and Tinos when the sky is clear.

The Villa consists of two one-storey guest houses and two one-storey guest studios that can accommodate 12 guests. Each house has an addition staff bedroom, one of which can be used by the guest staff if necessary.
