Villa Rene is immersed in the Umbrian countryside, in a dominant position over the Terni basin, overlooking the splendid town of Narni. Surrounded by a fenced garden with lawn and trees, the property boasts a lounge area with sofa and armchairs, and an outdoor dining area with barbecue, ideal for alfresco meals.
Among the outdoor spaces you will also find a small brick bar and a lovely pool (4 x 8 m, depth 1.75 m), open from June to September, and equipped with sun loungers and an outdoor shower.
Moreove at guests' disposal a private parking for 4 cars.
Internal Description
Spread over 2 floors, Villa Rene is elegantly furnished with antique furniture and fine finishes. It can accommodate up to 10 people, has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Internet Wifi is included. All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning and mosquito nets on the windows. Pets are allowed on request.
Basement floor: In the basement there is an open space living area with sofa, dining table, tv, and kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with: stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, coffee machine, and dining table. Following is a large lounge room with tv, tables, chairs, billiards and table football, ideal for the entertainment of adults and children.
Lastly you will find a quadruple bedroom (consisting of 1 double bed and 2 single beds), and a bathroom with shower.
Ground floor: You are welcomed by a spacious living room, finely furnished with: sofas, fireplace, piano, tv, and dining table. Moreover there is a second kitchen provided with: oven, stove, refrigerator, microwave, and coffee machine.
The sleeping area consists of 3 elegant double bedrooms, and then a bathroom with shower.
Prices and conditions
Included in the price: Utilities (water, gas, electricity); Internet Wifi; house, garden and pool maintenance.
Excluded from the price: Final cleaning (250.00€). Tourist tax if required (the amount usually varies, depending on location, from 0.50€ to 4.00€ per person per night for a maximum of seven nights, excluding minors, and will be paid upon arrival).
Security deposit: Customers are required to pay 500.00€ security deposit upon arrival (cash), which will be returned at the end of the stay upon any damages.
