The splendid Villa Oriana is directly approachable from the main road SS 163 and then through a path of about 100 stairs. From the lower floor of the Villa it is possible to directly reach the sea through stairs leading to the common road onto to the beach.
The Villa is surrounded by about 6.000 square meters of private garden provided with splendid paths with fencing, several relaxation zones/areas with benches, semi covered wellness area and a natural grotto with sofa bed.
On the street level a parking space for one vehicle is available.
The Villa lies in an enviable position to reach the sea and to make use of several services.
At about 50 meters from the Villa on the SS 163 is the bus stop offering you the public state travel service SITA.
