It is ideal for families or groups of friends and promises a relaxing beach holiday on the popular Balearic island. The 3-storey cottage has a cosy living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 4 bedrooms (3 with king size beds and one with a queen size bed and a sofa bed only for children), 4 bathrooms and a half-bath. It can therefore accommodate 8 adults (+2 children). Amenities also include Wi-Fi, air conditioning in all bedrooms, heated floors, a satellite TV, a baby cot and a high chair. The beautiful outdoor area enchants guests with furnished terraces with a barbecue area and a large garden lined with palm trees. The absolute highlight is the 32 m² pool, which provides refreshment on warm summer days. Relax on the sun loungers or enjoy a glass of wine on the balcony to round off the carefree holiday days near the sea. Shops, restaurants, bars and cafés are 800 m away and the nearest beach, Cala Gran, is 800 m or a 10-minute walk from the accommodation. A garage and other parking spots are available on the property. Bed linens and towels are included in the price. The swimming pool is heated.
