Royal Suite sleeps two
The Royal Suite is a wonderful double suite located in the main villa and has exclusive access to the Resort's panoramic tower, the highest space in the villa. From the terrace you can admire the enchanting panorama of the Apulian countryside, as well as the beautiful Polignano a Mare. Here there is a comfortable whirlpool bath. To complete all possible comforts, this Suite has an east-facing lounge to enjoy all the benefits of the sun.

The Family Suite is located in one of the detached villas and has a private, outdoor Jacuzzi. It can accommodate up to 4 people, has a private sitting room with sofa bed, a double bedroom and bathroom.

The Standard Room is located on the first floor of the main villa. In this room, which is smaller than the others but equally comfortable and convenient, the colours of earth and wheat make the environment elegant and warm. Here, the fine fabrics of Thomas Mason and Alumo are woven by the skilful hands and tireless eyes of skilled seamstresses: armholes, digits, buttonholes, every detail is hand-sewn to perfection. You recognise it by chance, as you pass by. It is a new smell that overwhelms you, carrying with it the weave of old and new stories linked to the harvest in the fields, to the blues sung to alleviate fatigue, to those hands mingling among the stalks and bows. It is the scent of cotton, that unusual and original smell, unique in its essence. Hanging shirts, poplin stripes and coloured linens catch the eye.
The villa has various indoor and outdoor spaces that allow guests to enjoy their holiday days to the fullest: the reading room, the bar room, the tailor's room, the wine cellar, the garden.
Local conditions
- Cost per person for breakfast (on request): 15€ to 18€, sweet and savoury (scrambled eggs, cold meats, cheeses, doughnuts, tarts, yoghurt, croissants, jams, penis, coffee, tea, cappuccinos, milk, juices).
- Breakfast hours: 8:00 - 10:00 a.m.
- Dinner hours: 19:00 - 21:00
- Tourist tax to be paid on site at check-out
- We will provide a shopping service for guests, showing the receipt of all purchases made with a 10% service charge (relative to the service).
- If the number of guests exceeds 10, an extra charge of € 3,000.00 is payable on site for stays of 7 nights. This surcharge is obligatory to cover the costs for the addition of kitchen staff, lounge staff and cleaning staff.
Short tourist lease pursuant to Decree Law 50/2017 - Lease agreement for tourist stays to be signed at a distance or at check-in.
- Entrance to the property must take place compulsorily after completion of the
sanitisation by the staff in charge of this activity and therefore not before 17:00 hours. The staff member in charge will inform the owner or his agent of the scheduled time of entry and he will inform the guests.
Coverage for accidental damage to the property and/or furnishings
You can choose between two options:
1) Purchase a non-refundable damage cover policy totalling € 158.00 with damage coverage up to € 3,000.00;
or
2) Pay € 15.00 per person as a non-refundable security deposit to cover damages up to € 200.00 and in addition issue a pre-authorisation on credit card upon arrival of € 1,000.00 as a refundable security deposit to cover damages over € 200.00. The refundable security deposit will be returned from 2 working days after check out once the condition of the property and its furnishings have been checked.
