All areas of house have a direct sea view. All rooms are with luxurious and designed furniture, the kitchen is fully equipped including all utensils. In the yard is a swimming pool measuring 3x12.5m, with sunbathing area, sun loungers and parasols. The pool house also offers 5 different outdoor seating and enjoyment areas. In front of the house it is possible to dock by boat, and there is a berth for a boat. Parking for 2 vehicles is provided, which is under video surveillance. WiFi is provided in all interiors and throughout the yard. One pet (dog or cat) weighing up to 10 kg is allowed.
