These 4 quaint, authentic 'Old Florida' Key West style cottages (built in the 1940's)are cozy, very clean, and were completely renovated in 2014. A heated saltwater pool and spa and grills are shared between the 4 cottages. Fenced pool area is 5000 sq ft.You won't have ANY screaming kids around this compound...just peace and quiet. Private fenced back yard. Romantic screened porch. You have a shed with 2 bikes and beach gear. This tiny cottage sleeps 2 adults comfortably. Very quiet, dog friendly neighborhood. You can walk to the beach, dining, shopping and water activities. NO MORE THAN 2 PEOPLE PER COTTAGE.
Starting 2023, January is a minimum of 2 weeks or longer rental. February & March are 1 month or longer.
The world-famous John's Pass Village and Boardwalk is a stroll away gives you an oasis from the ordinary. This cozy fishing village has tempting restaurants and unusual shopping. You will find quaint shops that offer antiques, arts, crafts, clothing and jewelry.
