Inside the Villa has 2 large bedrooms each with own ensuite bathrooms with hot and cold water, a western style fully equipped kitchen which has a fridge, cooker with oven, microwave, double sink with hot water, drinking water cooler, electric kettle, toaster and all plates, utensils and cooking ware, a laundry room with washing machine and third toilet and washbasin and an enclosed sun room.
The dining room is next to the kitchen and the lounge is equipped with WiFi and TV.
On the outside the Villa is surrounded by 2m high security walls with access gate to front door and electric access gate to covered car port.
The rear garden has an 8m*4m swimming pool, sitting areas and loungers plus small lawn with palm trees and asian plants.
The village of Bang Nong Yai is a typical Thai rural village surrounded by pineapple and banana plantations with local small shops, restaurant and bar.
The beaches have activities including kite surfing and waterscooters both of which can be rented and lessons are available.
Cars, motorbike scooters and bycycles are also available for rent if required.
Many restaurants are close by and at the beaches where both western and Thai food is served.
