Private Cottage with a garden seating area and private parking space. Suit travellers & business people. Your retreat to chill out at the end of a busy day, in a comfortable, relaxing environment. Tastefully appointed with quality beds, linen, assorted books, latest Netflix series, breakfast provisions, welcome basket including a bottle of local wine, chocolate and biscuits, WIFI, Netflix, AC. TRUE hospitality.

The Cottage is a tastefully decorated open studio area which compromises of a lounge area, which includes a 2-seat fabric sofa, an armchair with ottoman and a 40" TV for your enjoyment. There is also a breakfast bar and a kitchenette with a full size fridge, hot plates, convection microwave, kettle, a toaster, a sandwich maker, to help you kick start your holiday morning. Pots, Pans and everything else you may require to eat at home is provided. A comfortable queen bed with quality linen and an open wardrobe with hangers. The Queen bed forms part of the living area and is not a separate bedroom. In addition to the living area, there is a separate bedroom off that area, which has a king single bed. This separate bedroom provides privacy for a third person or children. The bathroom is new and luxurious with a large open shower room , separate vanity and toilet area. If you need to a washing, you can use my washing machine and clothesline. Cost is $5 per load including washing powder. The private garden/courtyard area in the front of the Cottage is the perfect area to sit back and chill with a bottle of wine from local winery in Murrumbatemen, after exploring Canberra or a long day at work. It's a welcoming area with a plethora of native birds singing their songs. There are tomatoes growing in summer and heaps of herbs that you are welcome to help yourselves to. All you have to do is sit back, relax and enjoy this very special accommodation which is located in a quiet suburb and yet only 5-15 minutes to all Canberra's major attractions.

The access to the Cottage is completely separate to the main house and private. There are sensor lights fitted to welcome you at night.

I will be here to welcome you and show you your new home and answer any questions you may have and am very happy to offer suggestions of wonderful things to do in and around Canberra.
