This charming holiday house on 3 levels offers a terrace and a small garden directly opening onto the water. A mooring space is available (a 13 meter long boat). From the terrace of the 2nd floor, you will enjoy spectacular views on the channel and its boats. The house is ideally situated close to Aigues-Mortes, in the lovely district of the marina and will be an ideal touring base to visit the Camargues, Nîmes, Arles and Montpellier. The sandy beaches of the Grau du Roi are only 6km away. In the centre of aigues Mortes, many restaurants and shops are available and you will admire the splendid ramparts, the river port, the Salins (salt production) and you will a chance to taste some local specialties and famous wines such as the Vins des Sables. Supermarkets are just minutes away. From Aigues Mortes, you can go on a cruise on the channel or go for a safari in the surrounding landscape.
