With two bedrooms and one bathroom, this cottage comfortably sleeps 4. The living area and kitchen are spacious creating an open & airy feel. The bathroom is clean and newly renovated. The patio off of the kitchen provides a quaint space to sip your morning coffee, read a good book or enjoy a yummy meal.

Our neighborhood is convenient, safe and friendly. There's everything from coffee shops, restaurants and bars to boutiques and thrift stores within a five minute walking distance of the cottage.
There are several grocery stores close by including our neighborhood organic grocery, The Produce Place.
We are located less than 4 miles from downtown and minutes away from Vanderbilt, Belmont, 12th South and West End.
Getting around
We recommend using Uber or Lyft. There is also a Metro Bus stop a few blocks away.
