This classic cabin is located on the magical west shore near Homewood in Tahoe Swiss Village. The setting is simply lovely, surrounded by thimble berries and soaring old grown cedar trees and features a great outdoor entertaining area with with an "L" shaped large deck with a gas BBQ. (Please note the built in BBQ in the yard can not be used per HOA rules and fire danger). Overlooking the deck is an enchanting pair of bear cubs that have been carved into an old cedar tree that your kids will fall in love with. Downstairs is an open space great room with kitchen, dining and living all together and is ideal for entertaining the whole group and opens on to the deck. There are two bedrooms and a full bath on this main, downstairs living level. One bedroom has a queen and the other has two twins. Upstairs is another full bath and two more bedrooms, both have a queen and two twins each. This four bedroom two bath home has access to Tahoe Swiss Village Beach and pier, which is just a short walk away. Additional features are two combination DVD units as well as two TVs and gas non-wood burning fireplace.

Please note: This home may be equipped with outdoor surveillance cameras that are utilized for security and bear activity in the area. These cameras in no way infringe upon guests' privacy, and monitor exterior portions of the home exclusively.

Holiday Booking Policy

CHRISTMAS - Check-In must be by December 20th, 21st, or 22nd. There is a 5 to 7 night minimum stay required. (Must check out by December 28th at latest, to allow 7 days for a New Years Reservation.)
**No Check-Ins or Check-Outs on December 24th, 25th

NEW YEARS - Check-In must be on December 27, 28, or 29. There is a 7 night minimum stay required.
**No Check-Ins or Check-Outs on December 31st or January 1st
