Welcome to Gulf Blue Haven, a three-bedroom cottage located in the historic beach community of Grayton Beach! Minutes away from 30A and the sparkling blue waters of Grayton Beach and the Gulf of Mexico, this cottage is perfectly situated in close proximity to a variety of dining options, upscale shops and boutiques, make-your-own arts and crafts studios, art galleries, salons, fitness centers, and less than a mile to the beach at Grayton Beach State Park which is consistently voted one of the world’s most beautiful and pristine beaches and frequently recognized as the number one beach in America!

Located in Grayton Cove, a very small close-knit community of only fourteen craftsman-style homes, Gulf Blue Haven was repainted, refurnished, and redesigned in 2021. It has three bedrooms and 2.5 baths and comfortably accommodates up to six guests. Your stay would include the use of our six-passenger golf cart which is equipped with a large payload for all of your beach gear as well as the use of four new YOLO beach cruisers, three stand-up paddleboards, beach chairs, and beach umbrella. A commercial-grade gas grill is available (no propane needed) for outdoor cooking. Gulf Blue Haven is also adjacent to the community pool which is only a few steps away from the home. It’s literally like having a pool on the property.

A home away from home, Gulf Blue Haven has been tastefully decorated and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The kitchen is fully-equipped and has new SMART stainless steel appliances. Each bedroom has a 4K streaming TV and ample closet space. The spacious and comfortable family room includes a 75-inch theatre-quality high-resolution television with streaming capabilities. Off of the family room, you’ll enjoy soaking up the sun on the brand new deck furnished with Adirondack chairs and new patio furniture.

COTTAGE LAYOUT

First Floor - Kitchen, dining area, family room, half-bath

Second Floor - Three bedrooms are located on the second floor along with a full bath and washer and dryer.

The master bedroom has a queen bed with a 50 inch 4K streaming TV, a master bath equipped with a shower and bathtub, and a walk-in closet.

The second bedroom has a queen bed with a 4K streaming TV and a large closet.

The third bedroom has two twin beds along with a 4K streaming TV and a large closet.

GULF BLUE HAVEN HOUSE RULES

1. Must be at least 25 years of age to rent the property.
2. Small gatherings of 12 or less allowed, per owner's approval.
3. No smoking.
4. No pets of any kind are allowed inside of the property or on the grounds.
5. No early check-ins or late check-outs.
6. Place garbage containers on the curb on Sunday and Wednesday evenings for garbage pick-up on Monday and Thursday.
6. Quiet hours - 9:00 P.M. to 8:00 A.M.
7. Please respect our home as well as our neighbors. Simply put, we ask that you will treat both as you would your own.
*If house rules #1, 2, 3, 4 are violated, guests will be asked to leave the property immediately and forfeit any refund. Also, a violation of house rule #4 will result in the guests being charged $600 for deep cleaning of the property.

OTHER IMPORTANT INFORMATION

During peak season, weekly rentals only. During the slow season, we require a three-night minimum.

If you are planning to host a small gathering at the property, you must get the owner's approval. A maximum of 12 guests is allowed.
