Holiday home with a breathtaking view of the small village of Callian. The house has a very nice terrace next to the old utility room and the view of the surroundings is incredible. There are 3 bedrooms for housing 6 people. Ideal for a family on a vacation, the home has a private heated swimming pool for taking a cool and refreshing dip. You are less than 8 km from a beautiful golf course and the white beaches of Cannes are less than 30 km away. There are a large lake 10 minutes by car with beaches and pedalos. Go for wine testing too if you have time. Enjoy a day by the lakeside and indulge in water sports activities 6 km away. There is a parking space next to the home and in front, you will find a large terrace where you can enjoy pleasant moments all year round. Sun loungers and a large parasol are at your disposal on the sun terrace. When you cook, you have a nice view of the village which is nestled on top of a hill. Nice Airport is 57 km away.

• For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters
