TOWELS: Should never be used as makeup removers. If found with makeup or eyeliner, we will charge you for them.

NO SMOKING INSIDE.
We know many people book Airbnb's to avoid hotels or casino smoke.
Please do not smoke inside. Smoke outside of the property.

NO PARTIES ALLOWED.
Please note that it is illegal in Las Vegas to hold parties and/or gatherings in short-term rental properties. Any party and/or gathering that comes to our attention will result in the police being called to break the party/gathering up, along with a fine of $1,500.00 that will be imposed through Airbnb.

NO outside guests allowed inside the house. You cannot invite other people who are not staying in. This house is meant for guests who wants to feel at home while in vacation. You are very welcome to enjoy the house and its amenities but turning it into a party house is a big NO. Please be aware of this and take it into consideration before booking with us.
