WELCOME TO CONSTELLATION CHALET! Why "Constellation"? Well the street name obviously, but also if you catch it right in a clear night under the skylight of the third bedroom, you can make out a constellation or two and catch the moon light.

Don't miss out on this GORGEOUS inside and out, Fox Farm retreat! Lush mountain landscape greets you when you pull up to this gem amongst the pines. The Constellation Chalet is a great family or group escape if you like summer and winter sports on the mountain. This gorgeous home is a split level with 4 bedrooms and 2 baths. Within the 4th bedroom loft is a cute play den for kids to play and hang out with a book or tablet. FREE High Speed Internet/ WIFI . The kitchen is fully upgraded with new appliances and kitchenware to bring out the chef host in you. There is a casual dining table for 6 people and bar top with stools for an added 4. Enjoy adult entertainment in this bright open floor connected living room area showcasing built-in wall speakers for tunes through main level, floor-to-ceiling gas fireplace, skylights, and vaulted ceilings. The second living room is ideal for some family fun with a wood stove "insert" burning fire place, mounted curved smart TV, Wii, PS4, card/ game table, air hockey, and pac-man arcade.

The master bedroom is spacious with a king size bed, personal full bath, a flat screen TV (AppleTV), and a beautiful bay window. The second bedroom has a modern vintage appeal with two double beds. Bedroom three has a queen bed and twin over twin bunk bed along with a reading chair. The second bathroom is upgraded for an amazing shower. All our mattresses are new, memory foam and hybrid, so you don't have to worry about waking up with discomfort. The property has forced air heating and will keep you comfortable, but in case you get cold, there is plenty of extra blankets to go with our extra warm comforters.

For outdoor entertainment, enjoy a wrap around porch with yard in the back and propane BBQ for outdoor grilling.

Its is an easy walk to the Bear Mountain and Summit slopes, great for mountain biking and hiking in the summer, snow boarding and skiing in the winter. It's just minutes to the lake, the Village, restaurants and shopping. What a great luxurious retreat that is strategically located in the heart of big bear!!

This home is perfect for families, close friends and couples. This is NOT a party house – please do NOT book this home unless you plan to treat it with care and respect – it is extremely well maintained and NOT suitable for partying.

Noise not permitted beyond property line 24/7 - strictly enforced by the city! Any fines related to noise, parking, etc. will be paid in full by renter if fined by city.

The person who made the reservation must be present at check in (ID verified) and remain on the property throughout the entire stay.

Rentals in Big Bear are permitted with a max number of guests and cars - ours is permitted for 12 guests and 4 cars.

> NO PETS! No exceptions, the owners have allergies to fur.

> NO CHARCOAL or FIRE PITS! The house has a BBQ propane grill, no need fo bring your own.

> NO SMOKING IN HOUSE and for outside, minimum 10 feet away from any open door or window!

> If you exceed these limits you're subject to immediate eviction and forfeiture of all rental fees, charges and deposits. Do not exceed our permitted occupancy limits under any circumstances..

> Extra guests (those beyond 12 guests max and/or what the home was rented for) are not permitted in the home at any time

> Our check in person and outdoor security cameras verify occupancy and car limits are not exceeded.

> Notify us of the number of cars you will have during your stay. City code is no more than 4 cars. Parking is very tight and creative for 4 cars, comfortable for up to 3 cars. We highly recommend no more than 3 cars for winter due to snow and ease of in and out. No street parking at all.

Please understand you're a guest of Big Bear Lake and staying in a residential area. Quiet hours from 10PM-7AM are strictly enforced by the city - please respect the locals and adhere to these quiet hours :). Disturbing the peace is a city ordinance violation that comes with fines (which you as a renter will be responsible for paying in full) so please be respectful during your stay - thank you!

If Code Compliance is called during your stay (i.e. excessive noise, guests over the limit, parking on the street, etc.) guests pay for ALL fines associated with the infractions.

IF YOU ARE CONCERNED ABOUT NOT BEING ABLE TO MAKE YOUR TRIP FOR ANY REASON YOU MAY WANT TO BUY TRIP INSURANCE. WE CANNOT PROVIDE A REFUND UNLESS WE CAN REBOOK THE PROPERTY.
