Quaint cottage on St. Simons Island 410 ft from public beach access, easily accessible by walking through yard a joining cottage yard (as we own this property also). Great front porch that is shaded by huge old oak tree in front yard. Cottage has Wi-fi, washer & dryer,cable tv. 2 bedroom, 1 bath, master has queen bed,2nd bedroom has full size bed and living area has futon that lets out to queen. 08-20-2020 please know that this is a duplex. There is a washer and dryer that is shared. The washer and dryer are on the porch between the 2 units.
