This rural villa is located in Sampzon in the Ardèche. There are 2 bedrooms which can accommodate 4 guests. It makes a perfect accommodation for families. The house has a beautiful private pool and the garden overlooks the stunning French countryside. The comfortable villa is situated at the foot of the Rocher de Sampzon. The villa is an enclosed, landscaped private grounds, nestled among palm trees, exotic plants and bamboo. The Ardèche River is only 500 m. The tourist Vallon Pont d'Arc (5 km) you wander at night through the narrow streets. Restaurants are just a km away while you can get general supplies from 8 km. The modern villa is well-equipped and has a fenced pool with massage jets, terrace and four sunbeds around to relax. There is a large covered terrace with an electric barbecue for you to enjoy. A high chair and cot are available free on request.

• For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters
