Biron Farmhouse is a stylish farmhouse beautifully restored by its English owners who are also designers.

Set in the glorious Dordogne countryside, yet within walking distance of the charming village of Lacapelle Biron, it sits on a hill and enjoys stunning views of the landscape.

Indoors it boasts plenty of bright open spaces full of light and colour and homely comforts.

The lovely gardens offer fruit and nut trees, a small wooded area and plenty of areas to dine 'al fresco.' There is a dining area as well as a plancha table, modern Italian sun-loungers, tables, chairs and a large umbrella. Everything to enjoy a relaxing holiday.

Lacapelle Biron has essential shops, an English-speaking doctor, a pharmacy, a post office, butchers, patisserie and a restaurant/bar as well as an excellent local caterer if you would like a special meal cooked at the house.

Things to do in this area are endless for both adults and children...wineries, historic towns, food markets, enchanting castles, outdoor sports and some of the finest food and wine in the world!

The farmhouse is stylishly designed to accommodate 10-15 people comfortably, with 5 bedrooms and three bathrooms.

The first bedroom has a double bed and two single beds with an en-suite bathroom on the first floor. The second is located on the ground floor and has a double bed and a single bed with an extra matress. Bedroom three has a double bed and is located on the ground floor opposite the shower room. Bedroom four has bunk beds and is located adjacent to the shower room on the ground floor. The fifth bedroom has a double bed and an en-suite bathroom. This room also has a private pool side entrance and is situated on the lower ground floor.

The farmhouse is ideal for family reunions, special occasions, walking groups or just a relaxing holiday. The open plan sitting, dining areas and fully fitted kitchen are on the ground floor with access to the sunny pool terrace for al fresco dining. The farmhouse comes equipped with free wireless internet access and satellite TV. A highchair and cot are available on request.

The salt water swimming pool is situated to take advantage of the stunning view at the front of the property. The pool has a remote controlled alarm system and is 1 metre at the shallow end and 2.2 metres at the deep end (comfortably deep enough for diving).
