This is the top floor of a large building which also houses the caretaker in the bottom story. During your stay you will hear not a peep because the floors/ceilings are double-hung sound-deadening drywall. In 7 yrs we have never received ONE complaint from vrbo guests.Full disclosure: upstairs thermostat controls entire house so we set it remotely to protect downstairs tenant.
