Villa Olive Grove is a modern holiday home in Cyprus! It features accommodation with terrace and beautiful gardens in a breathtaking and peaceful scenery on the Mediterranean Sea. The villa offers a private outdoor pool that guests can relax in and a well maintained garden. Relax and unwind on the sunloungers or enjoy a glass of wine on the terrace.

As you enter you will find yourself in a modernly furnished living and dining area, which glass patio doors will lead you to terrace where al fresco dining can be enjoyed whilst admiring the mesmerising views of the garden. Apart of the fully equipped modern kitchen, a double bedroom and guest toilet with walk in shower are located on this floor.
When reaching the first floor via the stairs there are 3 bedrooms. A master bedroom with king size bed, en-suite and a private balcony offering amazing views of the Mediterranean Sea. Completing the bedrooms on this floor are a further 1 double and 1 twin bedrooms. These bedrooms share a furnished balcony facing the sea, as well as olive grove, swimming pool and garden.
The outside area can be accessed from the ground floor where you will find the spacious terrace area furnished with sunbeds and the private swimming pool. The barbecue area with bar is a perfect area for you to truly enjoy al fresco dining.

Air conditioning is available throughout the villa. The villa offers private parking. A high chair and baby cot are available on request. The kitchen is equipped with all appliances. There is an electric stove, kettle, fridge, washing machine, toaster, microwave. All bedding and towels included. There is free Wi-Fi in the property. Hairdryer, iron, ironing board. Hot/cold water. The flat screen TV with Smart TV and fire stick provided in the living room.

!!! Please note that electricity will be charged at the local rate by the meter reading consumption, to avoid a large expense and use electricity wisely !!!
No additional guests are allowed to attend the property without the prior written consent from Blue Sky Houses. Please note that only the number of guests specified on the booking form are allowed to stay at the villa.
The parties are not allowed on the property.
Smoking in the accommodation is not allowed, neither in the rooms no in the toilets.
The dustbin should be emptied before departure.

The Olive Grove villa is located in Chlorakas, a picturesque village in Paphos, on the Tombs of the Kings road leading to Coral Bay, just 6km from the center of Paphos.
Directly opposite the villa is a Golf Practice range facing the main road. Paphos Golf Driving Range & Academy is like none other in Cyprus with its unique, professionally designed landscape intended to make each and every golfer feel like they are on a real golf course.
It is only a ten-minute walk to the Water sports at a nearby beach. Few countries in the world are blessed with such a clement climate as Cyprus, allowing so much diversity in water sport activities. Water sports sites have facilities for water-skiing, windsurfing, sailing, canoeing, pedaling, parascending, yachting, jet skiing, and much more.
A seaside walk of half an hour, three-quarters if you take your time, will bring you to the Tombs of the Kings. Spread over a vast area, these impressive underground buildings date back to the 4th century BC.
You reach the beach area in five minutes’ walking. There you can take the Scenic Pathway. It starts at Potima, an area just outside of Paphos. It is 12 km long and ideal for walking, jogging, or bicycling. This beautiful pathway goes all the way to the Harbour Castle, passing through the Mosaics and archaeological sites as well as Kato Paphos. Only ten minutes from the villa, along this pathway, you will be able to stop and visit the nearby St. George’s chapel.
There are numbers of cafés, restaurants, bars and tavernas within walking distance from the villa.
You reach the bus station in five minutes’ walking. The local bus runs every 10-15 minutes and can take you to Paphos Harbor on east or to the Coral Bay sandy beach on west.
