Description

This restored farmhouse is beautifully situated in the GA/NC mountains amidst rolling hills of vineyards and beautiful views. This homey farmhouse has original wood floors throughout and is exquisitely decorated. It is perfectly situated to look over the entire vineyard.

This two bedroom quaint cottage features two queen bedrooms with a Jack & Jill style bathroom, along with a sleeper sofa in the living room. Sit out on either of the two patios and overlook the vineyard or cozy up on the settee with a good book. This is a very charming house with a lot of character.

The Vineyard at 37 High Holly is a boutique winery, vacation destination, and beautiful event venue. The vineyard is nestled on 45 acres of land in the picturesque Blue Ridge Mountains, between Clayton, GA and Highlands, NC.

The Vineyard is not open to the public except for special events but as a guest you are welcome to explore and revel in its beauty. There are walking paths throughout, a pond, several gardens with dahlias, vegetables, and flowers, 10.5 acres of grapes, and much more!

The area is known for its pristine landscapes, lovely people, and activities for all ages! There is ziplining, hiking, waterfalls, horseback riding, rafting, boating, fishing, golf, tubing – all within 30 minutes of the vineyard.

In addition to all the things to do outside, there is also some of the best restaurants, shopping, antiquing, and spas, are just a stone's throw away.

We would love to help you plan your trip to the mountains. Let us know in advance if we can help with booking massages, a private chef, a charcuterie board upon arrival, stocking the fridge, etc.
