This fantastic villa is only a short walk to Coachella, Stagecoach, and Desert Trip festival grounds! Our 7 bedroom, 4.5 bathroom home sleeps 17 and is perfect for your desert getaway. It features a separate casita, updated kitchen and living room, bar, saltwater pool, hot tub, outdoor grill, and entertaining area. Centrally located, we are nearby to amazing restaurants, shops, bars, hiking, and golf! Our home contains all the essentials you need for a great stay including WiFi and A/C.

The Space:

Enjoy your own desert oasis right next to the Empire Polo Club where the Coachella, Stagecoach, and Desert Trip music festivals are held! We are also central to some of the desert’s best attractions from golf courses, hiking, spas, downtown La Quinta, great shops, restaurants, and nightlife.



Our 7 bedroom, 4.5 bathroom house is perfect for a fun and relaxing getaway to the desert. The master bedroom is spacious, opens out to the patio and has an en suite bathroom with a jacuzzi soak tub. Ideal for groups or families, we have plenty of bedding options including a separate casita complete giving your group added privacy.



The open kitchen is updated with new appliances. The large island and dining area are perfect for gathering the group together. Whip up a drink at the indoor bar and enjoy a cozy night in front of the fireplace while watching a movie or go out for a fun night on the town.



Built for entertaining, the backyard has something for everyone. Relax by the saltwater pool and hot tub or enjoy a meal on the outdoor grill and take everything in around the fire pit. Regardless of your age or interests, we have something for everyone!

Our home is fully furnished and very comfortable. The kitchen is stocked with everything you'll need: appliances, cookware, dishes, etc.



Our home is professionally cleaned before every stay, and comes with clean linens, towels, soaps, and everything else you'll need for a comfortable stay.

Guest Access:

This is a rental for the entire home. You will not be sharing it with anyone and you will have access to everything in the home.

Interaction with Guests:

You will receive an email shortly after booking on how to check-in, including Wi-Fi and all other pertinent details.



To respect your privacy we will not bother you after check-in unless you need us. Feel free to reach out to us at anytime if you have any questions.

The Neighborhood:

Located in Indio, we are centrally located and you can easily access all the attractions in Palm Springs, Palm Desert, Rancho Mirage and La Quinta:

- We are 2 minute drive to the Coachella, Stagecoach, and Desert Trip music festivals. Or you can take a short walk and not deal with parking or traffic!

- You're surrounded by some of the best golfing in the world including the PGA West, Indian Palms Country Club, and TPC Stadium all within a 10 minutes drive.

- Explore Old Town La Quinta (10 minute drive) for great restaurants, shops, wine tastings, art shows, and seasonal events!

- If you're feeling lucky, Fantasy Springs Casino is 15 minutes away.

- There is lots of great hiking spots including the world famous Joshua Tree located just an hour away.

- For art lovers, La Quinta Museum is a 10 minute ride away.

Getting Around:

We have parking for 5 cars, and taxis, Uber, and Lyft operate in the area.

Other Things to Note:

Because many people ask:

1. Payment- You “submit a booking” which means you pay the full amount now. We do not get paid until after your arrival. There are no cash transactions, and unfortunately you may not put down a deposit.



2. Deposit - Airbnb does not charge the deposit at all unless there is a claim for damages after check-out.



3. Unfortunately, we don’t have more pictures of the house and are unable to send you any more.



4. The site blocks telephone numbers until you have booked your trip, so we are unable to call you.



5. We provide a starter pack of consumable items (eg. toilet paper, soap, paper towels, shampoo, etc.). If you are a very large group or have a long stay we encourage you to buy additional supplies.



6. Pool Heating may be purchased prior to your arrival. Please note, the pool heater may not be used to heat the pool unless you have paid the pool heating fee in advance of your arrival. The heater is connected to a device that allows us to monitor its usage. If we find you are using the amenity without paying for its associated fee, a fine of $500 will be assessed from your security deposit, along with the standard fee of $75/day that we charge to use the amenity. We are unable to heat the pool for only a portion of your stay.

No smoking, parties, or events

Check-in is anytime after 4PM and check out by 11AM.

Early Check-In / Late Check-Out may be available for purchase prior to arrival. Arrivals before 4:00 P.M. or after 11:00 A.M. (the check-in/check-out times), without prior written agreement from Native Travel and the additional payment is strictly prohibited. Any guest found to be occupying the premises after the 11:00 A.M. checkout time will incur an additional fee of $100 for each hour after 11:00 A.M. Additionally, any guests found to be occupying the premises before 4:00 P.M. on the day of check-in, without prior consent, will also incur a $100 fee for each hour prior to 4:00 P.M

Please treat the home like you would treat your own home.

Parties, lack of decorum and disruptive noise will not be tolerated.

Please be mindful of our neighbors during your stay. Our property’s outdoor quiet hours 10pm - 10am are in place to ensure that everyone can enjoy a peaceful night's sleep. We care a lot about maintaining good relationships with our community so we appreciate you following our “house rules” during your stay.



We are committed to Rent Responsibly standards. This means we follow best-in-class guidelines to ensure you have a peaceful, safe and memorable stay with us. We use smart home technology to improve your experience. NoiseAware is a smart home device that measures volume levels throughout the property, by measuring decibel levels over sustained periods of time and allows us to respond to noise nuisances without disrupting your stay. If we receive a notification that the noise level at the home has reached a level that may be considered disruptive to neighbors, we will simply send you a text message to remind you to keep noise levels at a respectful level.

As short term rentals have grown within the Coachella Valley, this is one of the biggest concerns of long term residents, and so we do this to ensure that you do not receive any fines from the City during your stay. NoiseAware is privacy compliant, which means audio content is never recorded, nor does it have the capability to do so.

Unannounced Pet Fee Penalty: $350 per pet.



If you wish to have the pool heated during your stay, we can heat the pool for the entire stay for an additional charge of $75/day. We are unable to heat the pool for only a portion of your stay.

It is the guest's responsibility to monitor umbrellas when they are in use. If it gets windy, the umbrellas must be closed. If guests leave the area, it is our guest's responsibility to put the umbrella back down since they are no longer in close proximity to ensure they are not damaged by wind. If an umbrella is damaged during a guest's stay, they will be charged $100.00.



The Air Conditioning should never be set below 72 degrees to prevent freezing of the AC motor. If the Air Conditioner is set below 72 degrees and it causes damage or the need for a service technician to come out, the cost of the service call and repairs will be deducted from the security deposit.

Per City of Indio law, renters are prohibited from using sound devices (radios, sound systems, etc.) and musical instruments outside the property between 10pm and 10am. Failure to comply may result in a citation, fines and/or removal from the property by the city.
