The house is located about 8 km south of Åhus, just outside the small community of Yngsjö. Yngsjö is a small picturesque village known for its eel fishing, beautiful coast and ice cream factory. Helgeå flows out through Yngsjö and contributes to the village's charm. The river is not far from the house and offers double fishing opportunities with close proximity to both sea and river. Here you are close to exploring everything Skåne's east coast has to offer, such as beaches and beautiful nature, but also close to Åhus and Kristiandstand.The house consists of 2 spacious bedrooms, one with double bed and one with single bed.
