Peppers grocery story is just around the corner, an excellent place to gather a few goodies for a picnic on the beach. The local pubs and boutiques are also enjoyable stops on your way to the ocean. The Marina across the bay is a leisurely stroll into Uplands. This area has many luxurious homes and quiet winding streets, an excellent bicycle route.

**Pets must be approved by owner. We only allow small non-shedding, non-allergic dogs please - any breach of this will result in a $500 charge in order to clean the furniture and carpets**
