On the lower level is the open plan living room, dining room and kitchen along with the a bedroom with bathroom en suite.

The upper level has the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms both with bathrooms on suite and a laundry area.

The villa comes equipped with luxury linens, bath towels, face cloths, hand towels and a starter kit of trash bags, paper towel, toilet paper, dish soap, dishwasher tabs. Beach towels NOT provided. 4 Beach chairs and an umbrella are also provided for your use.

The kitchen comes fully equipped with crockery, cutlery, pots & pans and glassware . Full refrigerator, stove, microwave, Keurig, toaster and toaster oven.
A charcoal grill is also available.


Neighborhood amenities include a pool, tennis courts and fishing lake, seven miles of spectacular beach and an oceanfront clubhouse with bathrooms and cabana. Jogging/walking/biking paths alongside salt marshes surround the area. Bikes and Golf carts available to rent, if needed.

Undercover parking is available for 2 vehicles.

Head to the beach (5 min walk) or read a book or catch a snooze in the hammock outside overlooking the lake.

Access is easy. Door code provided via text on day of arrival.

NO PETS. NO SMOKING.
