Fantastic Lake Harmony Estates Winter/Summer Home! This beautiful mountain home is nestled between Big Boulder and Jack Frost Ski Resorts, within Lake Harmony! Just a short walk to the private Lake Harmony Beach. You can enjoy a winter view of Big Boulder Ski Area from one of the two front spacious decks.
Our home is just over a 15 minute walk to Lake Harmony, a private lake that permits fishing, power boating, water skiing, and swimming. Our private Lake Harmony community beach has a swimming area, picnic tables, and beach volleyball court. Tennis and Shuffleboard Courts available to use in the neighborhood and Lake Harmony Watersports is available to rent kayaks, canoes, row boats, paddleboards, and water ski and wakeboarding. Hike the beautiful trails of Hickory Run State Park and Austin Blakeslee Natural Area. Both just a few miles away.
The home is a 5 minute drive to Big Boulder Ski Resort and 10 minutes to Jack Frost that provides skiing, snowboarding, and snow tubing. Other local attractions include Pocono Raceway, just 5 miles away as well as Split Rock Resort, just a half mile away. Other activities nearby include snowmobiling, horseback riding, paintball, hiking, white water rafting, fishing, hunting, miniature golf, water parks, casino gambling, bowling, movie theater, multiple golf courses, and shopping.

Spectacular game room with full 7' pool table, wet bar w/beer fridge, and foosball table. 3 Smart TV's and 1 TV in the Loft Area for Gaming, built-in whole house stereo with Bluetooth, WiFi internet, Amish kitchen table with seating for 10+, Keurig machine and standard coffee pot, love seat and sofa. Home has a stone gas fireplace, washer/dryer, and 3rd floor loft with it's own half bath.

8x8 Foot Hot Tub on the lower level deck. Two large decks with ambient lighting for nighttime use. Plenty of seating and a large picnic table with propane grill. Plenty of outdoor fun to be had with an outdoor fire pit, hammock, bocce ball, and a horseshoe pit.
PLEASE NOTE: This is a NO SMOKING and NO PET home. All linens, mattress protectors, comforters, and pillows are provided. You must provide your own paper products, toiletries and bath towels.
