Villa Murgeza is truly a gem in architecture and design. The estate retains parts of its original construction and some furnishings dating back to the 1900's. Walls are left bare to reveal the dwellings original stone, yet contemporary decor, furnishings and designs are detailed throughout its grounds, adding a clean and refined finish to spaces!

The ground floor dedicates a large amount of its space to the social area. You can gather together with your guests and relax on cosy sofas or simply watch some television. Allow sunlight to gently roll in and bask the house through the terrace openings in the daytime, and heat and tenderness alongside natural light added to evenings thanks to the fireplace. Whilst travellers relax, the cooks within the group can take to the fully-equipped kitchen, its modern and stylish layout sitting perfectly against the rustic settings! Once feasts are prepared, it's time to feed everybody on the dining table in this area, which will seat the entire capacity of the villa!

Sweat out your toxins and stick to your exercise commitments with the inclusion of a sauna and small gym area on the ground floor! You can wash up and relieve yourself in the family bathroom that also conveniently sits here!

The three bedrooms present cottage style settings ever-present in Villa Murgeza and add a splash of character in each! Choose the Master bedroom which has been furnished with 20th Century possessions and items from the original owners family heritage. Enjoy the convenience of an en-suite bathroom and relax on the double bed, with views of Tivat Bay and the island of Sveti Marko! Painted with a mural with further odes to the heritage of Villa Murgeza, the second bedroom is perfect for children and houses two single beds. The final bedroom houses yet another double bed and a sleeping area on the gallery where a further two guests can sleep under the beauty of the rustic roof! Each bedroom offers a terrace to admire views of the forest and sea when you wake or before your slumber...lucky you!

Adorned with orange, lemon, cherry, walnut, olives and other fruit-bearing trees, the exterior will delight your senses as fresh fragrances accompany your leisure time in this area! Dine alfresco with the whole family or simply kick-back under the shade of a pergola, swathed with old vines in the outdoor seating area. Or enjoy the heat from the sun-loungers as you recline with a drink. Located in the coastal town of Kotor, with its winding streets, squares and red-roofed houses which contrast splendidly with the blues of the sea, is a remarkable place to be upon your stay in Montenegro. You are fortunate to be able to appreciate the ancient and indigenous feel that this vicinity oozes amongst its cultural and archaeological areas, as well as an array of modern spaces and everything you could need on an escape from the mundane.

Start your holiday off at any of the beaches that line the coast of Kotor. For some sandy fun visit Trsteno Beach, a small stretch of golden grains of sand that sit against calm brilliant blue seas! Here you can rent sun-beds and parasols to make sure you're as comfortable as you need to be. With a backdrop of rich green forests, Molinj Beach makes for an idyllic spot to enjoy yourself. Settle down on this sandy-pebbled beachfront and take it easy amongst the beauty of nature! If you require some refreshment during your bliss, many restaurants and cafes sit alongside the spot, so grab yourself a cocktail or wine to accompany your chill-out session! It doesn't have to be a calming day out though! You can easily switch it up for something more exhilarating or active with your choice of a selection of water-sports. Voyage on the Adriatic on kayaks and canoes or for something the whole family can do together, take a boat tour! Rip up the waves on a jet-ski and get wet and wild on a speedboat, the choice is yours!

Take a gentle stroll through Kotor Old Town and as you make your way down the narrow streets you will notice the abundance of cats that call this town, home! Head over to the Kampana Tower for awesome views of the bay and mountain from this medieval bastion or the Castle of St Gjiovanni where spectacular panoramic views of the Old Town sit at the top of another Medieval site. Be warned, the ascent can prove quite the walk but the vistas at the top make it well worth the effort!
