The pool house amenities include an ice machine, kitchenette, wet-bar, and a large terrace sundeck overlooking the infinity pool below and the pure beauty that the Hill Country naturally offers in the distance.
Inside the villa, the commercial kitchen, with custom mesquite slab featuring meticulously handpicked river rocks by the Owner from the property's natural spring, is perfect for cooking and preparing large meals — or have a personal chef cater to your culinary needs and desires using a 60-inch commercial cooktop and triple sink, while you enjoy the wine cooler and ice machine for drinks and cocktails.
You and your guests will thoroughly enjoy the living room, lounge area, and dining room with its many amenities to include a 65-inch TV, fiber-optic gigabit wireless internet, and a large dining room table perfect for corporate meetings and large group dinners or events. Also in the living room is a custom-designed ceiling made of Douglas Fern imported from Oregon, state-of-the-art fireplace, surround sound music, and a powder bathroom.
