This beautiful 3-bedroom chalet in Stadl an der Mur can house 8 people. Ideal for many families or groups, it features a private sauna to get rid of all the stress and unwind. There is a lake 1 km away, where summer picnics can be enjoyed. A ski bus starts 2 km away from the chalet, taking you to the ski area. You can go to buy your essentials or enjoy meals in the town center, 2 km away. There is a living room with a fireplace with enough space for you to enjoy or relax. Outdoors, you can linger on the roofed terrace or take a lazy nap in the furnished garden. There are ski boot heaters in the storage for keeping your boots warm and dry. There is a balcony to enjoy your morning cuppa too. A cot is also available on request. Parking for 2 cars is available.

• Expenses related to charging an electric or hybrid car (when possible) are always charged according to use and separately
• For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters
• Reservations for groups of persons under 25 years of age are not permitted
• Concerning COVID-19: Guests for this holiday home are only accepted if they can comply with the COVID-restrictions and requirements as implemented by the local government. Please do check the restrictions again shortly before departure as the COVID-restrictions change over time.
• It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house
• Please note that there are COVID-19 measures in place. Different conditions may apply regarding ski passes, opening hours and the use of the ski lifts in the winter sports areas. We advise you to take this into account when booking your holiday home since a change in restrictions in general is not a valid reason to cancel the booking free of charge.
