The villa sits behind an automatic gate on a self-contained private property. It has a large, airy, living and dining area; an open-plan kitchen; a coal barbeque and wet bar; a pool area with lots of seating, and an assortment of bedrooms set over 3 floors. High-speed wireless internet is available throughout the villa, and a dedicated workspace is available on request.

-TV room/5th bedroom with king day-bed.

1st Floor, second level:
- Master Bedroom with queen bed, en suite bathroom, and standing balcony.
- Attic-like 4th Bedroom with single bed and quick access to the powder room.

2nd Floor, third level:
- 2nd Bedroom with queen bed and en suite bathroom.
- 3rd Bedroom with 2 single beds, en suite bathroom, and standing balcony.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS
We can accommodate 9 adults in 6 beds (1 king, 2 queens, 3 singles), as well as an additional 2 adults + 2 children on 4 single air mattresses.

PARKING - Guests have access to at least two open-air, private parking spaces at the entrance to the villa.

POTENTIAL FOR NOISE/DUST - The next-door residential lot is currently being developed.

ABOUT COVID-19 - Strict health and safety protocols have been implemented at the villa. These include daily temperature checks and face coverings for staff, physical distancing, and a touch-free hand sanitizer station at the villa's front entrance. A minimum period of 24hrs is reserved between bookings to allow for extensive cleaning and sanitizing of the villa.

RATES - Villa rates start at app. $347 - $447 per night (rates vary by season) for up to 4 guests only. Additional guests are $50/per person per night ("owner's fees").

STRICT VISITOR POLICY - Only registered guests are welcomed on property. NO VISITORS/OUTSIDE GUESTS except by special arrangement (additional fees may apply).

NO LOUD MUSIC or PARTIES - FILM or PHOTOSHOOTS must be approved by the owner + paid in advance.

NO GUEST ACCESS TO WASHER AND DRYER - Laundry service is available for a fee, and fresh linens are supplied every 7 days.

NO CHILD SAFETY MECHANISMS ARE IN PLACE - Children must be carefully monitored at all times.

NO SMOKING IN THE BEDROOMS - Smoking is allowed in the common areas only.

BASIC SERVICES ARE INCLUDED - A light morning clean-up of the common living areas (kitchen/living/dining/pool) is included in your rate. The pool is cleaned twice per week.

EXTRA SERVICES ARE AVAILABLE - Grocery shopping, meal preparation, additional housekeeping, and laundry services can be arranged at additional rates (strict health and safety protocols apply). Ask about our transportation and private tour partners.

VILLA STAFF - The property's housekeeper lives in private quarters on the property and she will be your host and service contact during your stay. The gardener also works 5 days per week.

OWNER'S QUARTERS - The villa is split into two independent living units. Guests have total privacy including all of the villa's major features and the front garden (as pictured), and the owner's private quarters are at the back of the property and include the back garden.
