Luxurious 1, 2 and 3 bedroom villas in Ungasan, Bali!



A classy secured villa complex with 5 villas built in a similar style. A 50-meter lap pool connects all villas, but you will still have full privacy as it is below villa-lever. Villa Seratus is located in South Bali, which makes it the perfect base to explore Balis most beautiful beaches, beach clubs and cultural attractions such as Uluwatu Temple and GWK (cultural park). The modern designed villas with semi open living room, bedrooms with ensuite bathroom and private pool are the perfect location to stay with your lover friends and family. The villa has a kitchenette suitable to prepare basic meals and restaurants on walking distance.



The Villas



All the villas are designed in a similar style and contain 1,2 or 3 bedrooms. All villas have hot water, air-conditioning and the bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms. We have security at the entrance of the the villa complex and CCTV to make sure you have a safe stay.



The kitchens are basic equipped and suitable for cooking basic meals. The kitchen has a fridge, microwave, stove and water dispenser.



The garden has a private pool (with jetstream for massage), massage tables and the gardener will make sure the garden will be in a great condition. The bathrooms have double sinks and a semi-open air shower. Some of the villas have a gazebo overlooking Jimbaran Bay.



The one-bedroom villas have a study room that can be transferred into an extra bedroom (upon request). The rooms are divided by glass sliding doors and a curtain, which make it perfect for a family with children.



We have a private parking on site where you can park your scooter or car. We can assist you with renting a scooter.



Other things to note:



We have 24/7 staff at the property, so you can check in at any time after 15:00. If you are planning to arrive earlier, please contact the villa manager through Whats App to arrange your check-in. If the accommodation is not ready yet, it is usually no problem at all to drop off luggage early.

An airport transfer can be prebooked for 375.000 IDR for a maximum of 4 guests and 650.000 IDR for a maximum of 8 guests. If the transfer is after 22:00 an additional 50.000 IDR will be added.



A scooter can be rented for 80.000 IDR per day.



Pool-fence, baby cot and high chair have to be ordered in advance.



Breakfast costs 110.000 IDR per person. Lunch and dinner can be ordered from restaurants in the surroundings. We have menus in the villas and the staff can assist with ordering it. There are also restaurants on walking distance or a taxi can be called at any moment.



Neighbourhood



The villa complex is located in Ungasan, a small village with a center around the large Nirmala Supermarket. You will be able to find most groceries here, including meat, fruit and vegetables. There are some restaurants on walking distance and we recommend Kat’s Kitchen and Warung In Salt.
