The house is surrounded by a wonderful garden, it also has a sauna for relaxing and indulging. It is the region with the most hours of sun in all of Austria, with very friendly people, fantastic ski pistes, cycling and and hiking routes, golf courses and much more. The restaurants are just 500 m away from this chalet and ski bus can be availed only 100 m away. There are 5 spacious bedrooms in this chalet and the living room is tastefully- decorated with stylish sitting and lounge area. In addition, each bedroom has a flat screen smart TV.There is a fireplace for winter evenings. Next to the living room is the dining area with a large dining table and open kitchen with all the necessary amenities. There's an in-house wellness area where you can relax privately. In addition, there is a ski storage with ski boots warmer at your disposal. Mauterndorf Airport is a private use airport located 1 km east-southeast of Mauterndorf.
