GAME ROOM: POKER. The poker enthusiasts will appreciate our padded table rail with comfortable chairs. If not poker, enjoy POOL TABLE or AIR POWERED HOKEY TABLE. In Game Room we offering 72-inch TV, comfortable SOFA and many other TABLE GAMES.


LAUNDRY ROOM: includes washer/dryer, iron with ironing board.
After a night spent gathered around the 85-inch TV, you'll have your choice of five spacious bedrooms.


SUPREMELY ELEGANT MASTER SUITE includes a very elegantly decorated luxurious King bed, 85-inch TV and a very “special” OFFICE/DESK area. Enter the “ ensuite” masyet bathroom to pure luxury! It includes a separate “His/Her” vanity,a large walk-in closet, shower and a separately enclosed toilet room. In closet you can find Rolling bed with bedding set. This master is peaceful, calming and luxurious, with everything at your fingertips!


THE SECOND and THIRD BEDROOMS are outfitted with a queen -size beds with Rolling beds in the closets.


THE FOURTH BEDROOM is ideal for both kids and adults offering two twin size bunkbeds and a 65-inch TV.


THE FIFTH BEDROOM can be perfect for one family with kids. It has one full-size bed and twin size bunkbed.

There is a patio covered gorgeous and comfortable lounging area with wall mounted TV near the large dining table.
We have outdoor kitchen and BBQ area.
Lounge chairs for sunbathing and shaded umbrellas. Feel free to move around our cozy and comfortable outdoor lounging furniture to make just the right gathering for yourself… and ENJOY!(Please put everything back in order before your departure)

POOL & SPA:Our large and refreshing pool is just delightful any time of the year! The spa is soothing and gorgeous with massage seating!


DAMAGE DEPOSIT: A Damage Deposit of $1000 is required for all stays and held by Airbnb. Any damaged or missing items, any damage to structure and or furniture inside and outside the home, and any repairs that need to be made to cover any fines as a result of your stay.

SMOKING POLICY: No smoking inside the house. Outside use ashtrays.

NOISE POLICE:
Loud music is not permitted after 10pm.

PARKING:
7-8 cars will fit in the driveway, depends on their size. Street parking is permitted but please respect the neighbors.

POOL RULES:
The pool can be heated up to 88 degrees for a fee of $100/ night(for each night of your stay). Arrangements must be made within 10 hours of check-in.
Spa can be heated up to 100 degrees with NO FEE.

RULES OF CHECK-OUT:
Guest check-out time is 12pm.
For the late check-out contact with the host.
All lights and appliances must be turned off. All trash from the house must be taken out to the outdoor garbage cans.
Close and Lock all windows and doors.
Return all TV remotes to their trays.
