Villa Charifa consists of the main house and four bungalows. In the main house lies three spacious, open plan living spaces, a Moroccan living room, a European living room, and a dining room. One of the large living rooms opens out onto the gardens and pool, creating a boundaryless way of moving inside and outdoors.

Regal on the outside and inside there is state-of-the-art modern features, the grand dining area seats twelve people and is lit by green glass stained windows onlooking the garden, where you can happily sample some delicious Moroccan cuisine. The living spaces comprise of modern furniture and contemporary artworks while still being a haven for relaxation. One of the bedrooms opens out onto a characteristic balcony area, overlooking the lush green paradise and enhanced with pleasant flowers in mosaic vases. #### Location
Set in the heart of the Palmeraie of Marrakech, the surrounding area of Villa Charifa is a mecca of palm trees, being home to several hundred thousand, just outside of the city. Situated at the edge of the city's northern section, the heavenly Palmeraie has many golf courses for both those keen novices and seasoned golfing experts. The Palmeraie was established by date seeds being discarded and landing into holes where they subsequently sprouted into trees. Today, Palmeraie is a magical and stunning land full of over 100,000 towering and extraordinary date palms, olive, and fruit trees.

Only twenty minutes from the medina, a world of ancient cultural and historical discovery awaits you in this old part of the city. The high walled medina is a staple of Arabic culture, with travellers trekking from all over the world to experience it.
