CLEANING GUIDELINES:
The villa is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected between rentals, no back to back rentals to allow a minimum of 24 hours before the next check-in. Cleaning include the following:

• All handles: doors, cabinets, closets, windows, faucets, etc.
• Any railings: stair railings, decks, etc.
• Switches and buttons: lights, remote controls
• Appliances: microwave, TV, coffee maker, washing machine, etc.
• Frequently used kitchen items
• Tables, arms of chairs, sofas, and outside seating
rugs, blinds, drapes, etc.

A dish washing machine at high temperature is used for pans, pots, dishes, glasses and flatware after every checkout .
A clothes washing machine at high temperature is used for towels, linens and other soft materials after each check-out.
The condo is ventilated with open windows for a minimum of 24 hours before check-in.

THE VILLA
Imagine coming home to views of the sparkling Pacific ocean tempting your gaze from virtually every room and a soft, tropical breeze that brings the warmth of Mexico right into your soul. This is life at Dedos de Neruda, a 6,500 square foot, five bedroom, private Mexican villa found inside the exclusive gated community of La Punta, in Manzanillo, Colima. Here the world moves at a different pace and your hosts invite you to check reality at the door as you enter the paradise within.

Warm, muted earth tones, high ceilings accented by natural light and abundant tropical plants are constant reminders of Mother Nature. Day or night, activity centers around a family-friendly living space under a soaring thatched palapa roof and an infinity edge swimming pool that provides the ideal vantage for watching ships entering port and whales breaching on the horizon.
Master Bedroom: Floor to ceiling windows overlooking Manzanillo Bay greet you in the master suite, in addition to a “dive in” sliding door straight to the infinity pool! A king size bed, 42” plasma screen television and leather sofa set, walk in closet, office den also featured. The bath boasts a glassed in shower with double head, marble counter top, handcrafted blown glass wash basins, and Jacuzzi soaker tub with a view of the bay.

Suite One: On the second level, a king size bed with sitting area, floor to ceiling windows overlooking the ocean, ample closet space and private bathroom with standing shower.

Suite Two: On the second level, a king size bed with sitting area, sliding glass doors onto terrace and seating area overlooking La Punta community and the ocean beyond, indoor seating area, writing desk, ample closet space and private bathroom with standing shower.

Suite Three: Found beside the kitchen with a sliding door onto the terrace, this suite features a king size bed and private bathroom with standing shower.

Suite Four: On the second level near the games room, this suite features two twin beds, ample closet space and a private bathroom with standing shower.
