THE PROPERTY:
This cottage property is truly one of a kind featuring over $300K in custom landscaping, top of the line finishes and all the amenities you could ask for.

270°+ views of Fox Lake on almost 5 acres looking South, East and North giving you sun all day long and absolute privacy. The deck over the rocks on the north side of the property offer breathtaking sunset views to the West. The lookout deck at the East edge of the peninsula is the place to see the most stunning view the property has for the early risers (we call this "The Point"). The beach and dock are perfectly located on the Southern side of the property showing you with all day sunshine!!!

Offering a number of areas to escape and relax, there are decks with scenic lookout points in every direction, screened gazebo, private seating areas with amazing outdoor furniture and of course an abundance of Muskoka chairs to enjoy the views, read a book, do yoga or meditate. An absolute paradise this property is like a nature sanctuary.

Immaculately maintained gardens with a wide variety of perfectly manicured shrubbery and flowers while still maintaining a natural look and feel. Large grass area to play while other areas to find shade. Gardens may appear every two weeks in order to maintain this beautiful garden for you.

There is a water fountain that flows towards a beautiful pond and there's nothing like the sound of the running water over rocks to make you forget the city and just enjoy the peacefulness of the nature.

Relax in the dry sauna or massive outdoor hot tub. There's nothing like a Winter's night with a group of family or friends in the hot tub then running inside to the nice warm sauna. We also have an outdoor propane heater to keep you warm :)

A golfers paradise, we have a chipping and putting facility with proper bunkers for your daily practice (or competitions).

The sand beach offers easy and safe entry for children into the water and a great place for them to play in the sand. The large deck along the water and connected dock offers a perfect place to spend hours with family and friends. Deep water off the docks is perfect for those that want to jump in and swim out to the raft. The South dock views ensure sun all day while the 300+ planted mature trees provide lots of places for shade.

LIVING ROOM:
Extremely comfortable couches, the central space of the cottage will be the perfect place to centralize with the group around the fireplace. The vaulted ceiling with expansive South facing views and rich pine finishes give you a grand feeling of luxury well the custom furniture and decor keep the cottage feeling homey like a cottage should.

DINING ROOM:
Between the kitchen an living room, this dining area is multi-functional with an table that expands to seat a larger group. Just behind it there is another table that can expand. The green cupboards give a perfect accent to the pine walls and furniture giving you a sense of class while you eat every meal. The dining room leads out to a large deck with a chefs BBQ, well located for easy access to the kitchen (you are welcome to use our propane if you need).

KITCHEN:
Green wood... contrasting the pine floors, pine walls and white marble counter top give a unique and luxurious cottage feel. The kitchen is fully stocked with all standard amenities. We use the cottage ourselves sometimes so setup the kitchen as we wanted it. There's a microwave, toaster(s), toaster oven and kettle. We have ice trays but if you plan to use a lot of ice, we suggest bringing a bag.

MUSKOKA ROOM:
What is a cottage without a Muskoka room? This room serves as the perfect place to sit outside in the fresh air on a rainy day. It's also not a bad place to eat, sleep and do about everything in-between. This room also serves as a mudroom/entry way into the main cottage. And yes, like every other room in the house, there are views of the water!

The main cottage has 3 bedrooms. Two upstairs and one on the lower level with multiple beds.

The 2nd cottage sleeps 6 but running water is not available during the Winter (weather permitting). If you are a group of 8 or more and would like to use the Bunkie please let us know and we will give you the code. Extra cleaning fee of $90 apply.

This is a family friendly cottage. If you plan to party, blasting loud music, leaving it dirty or doing drugs this is not the right address. Please read the house rules carefully.


Property Rules:
- Must book for exact number of guests on the property. Inaccurate numbers could lead to eviction.
- No Shoes in the cottages.
- No parties or events - will lead to immediate eviction.
- No loud noise at any time (noise carries across the lake easily). Any bylaw fine you will be responsible to pay it.
- Must take garbage with you - we charge a minimum dump fee of $100
- Don't move/relocate furniture.
- Pets are not allowed at any time.
- Smoking or vaping inside the cottage will result in a minimum $1000 fine. 
- Do not dispose cigarettes or joints on the beach, gardens or anywhere on the property - finding disposed cigarettes will result in $1000 fine.
- Don't leave dirty dishes.
- Don't leave open food outside.
- If it takes more than 4 hours to clean after your stay, we charge a minimum additional fee of $250. Make sure you follow the check out rules to prevent that fee.
- No glass outside - bring cans, not bottles. Broken glass outside will result in a minimum $1000 fine.
- Do not disturb any of the nature on the property (cutting trees, ripping off bark, touching plants/flowers, moving rocks, etc).
- Leave the cottage in good shape - the way it was when you arrived. Make sure the boats returned to it's place as you found it, turn it upside down. Reorganizing boats comes with $100 fee if not returned to the way you found them.

***Please remember that we have a surveillance system outside the cottage. Please book for exact number of guests on the property. Inaccurate numbers could lead to eviction and there will be no refunds as it is a violation of our house rules.
