This comfortable holiday home with a private pool is ideally located in Provence, at 15 km from Aix -en- Provence and 20 km from Salon-de- Provence. Saint-Cannat is a typical Provençal village full of charm, with an amusement park, cafes and a park for children. Zoo de la Barben is only 10 km away. From Saint-Cannat you can access the Alpilles and the beautiful Luberon in just half an hour. The beaches of Cassis and La Ciotat are within an hour drive. The villa has large covered and non-covered terraces (with kitchenette ), large grounds and a large swimming pool ( 11m x 4m ) with automatic shutter . The house is spacious with a nice kitchen, a separate living room with sofa bed and a WIFI connection. This is an ideal place to rest in a haven of greenery, lulled by the chirping of cicadas. The discreet owners live on the same plot, they do not have vis- à-vis the pool and the terrace next to the pool.
