As I welcome you back to my villas in Bali, I’m committed to providing you with a safe, clean environment. Consisting of in-house and outside experts in food and water safety, hygiene and infection prevention, and villa operations, I’m redefining my cleaning and safety standards. I will actively monitor and evolve my solutions to ensure a continued focus on the health and safety of my guests and staff.

THE ESTATE

The Estate is a luxurious 11 bedroom estate situated in Embassy Street in Sanur, the most exclusive address on the island, close to the island's most happening restaurants, clubs, entertainment spots, the most talked about shops and only 300m to the beach.

Rebuilt in late 2014 to be a new Balinese-styled retreat, the Estate has rewardingly mixed the very luxury genuine items as well as full contemporary appliances and designer furniture. The genuine art works and bold ornaments displayed are able to create a refined and state-of-the-art look. Indeed, at first glance, you will know the villa conveys the message that there is something different on offer; we can say refined accents in truly contemporary luxury!

In each bedroom on the Estate, the guests are provided with a king-sized bed, air conditioning, en-suite bathroom, shower, and chicly-designed furniture. There are also two twin rooms with single beds with the option of converting these into additional king beds if required. In order to give the modern traveller a more comfortable stay, guests are provided with state-of-the-art facilities, including Flat screen TV, DVD, I-Pod dock, modern western fully-equipped kitchen, and unlimited Wi-Fi internet access.

Rest assured there are lots of interesting things for guests to do on the Estate or nearby such as swimming, in-villa spa and beauty treatments, water sports, surf lessons, Treetops Adventure Park, Waterbom Water Park, horse riding on the beach, cycling through the rice paddy fields, Elephant Safari Park, etc. The Entertainment Area in each villa building also has international satellite TV, DVD player as well a good selection of DVD films for all ages.

A committed team of full-time, attentive staff will cater to all your personal needs and desires with a smile from cooking up a local dish to driving you to the unspoilt parts of the island.

MAKING A BOOKING

Luxury villa estate accommodation with 11 bedrooms all with ensuite bathrooms (11 king sized beds, 2 of the king sized beds can be split into twins to make 13 separate beds)

Airport transfers (multiple pick-ups / drop-offs available for same group bookings)
