Welcome to Clare's Cottage. New to our portfolio, this newly renovated Cottage is one block south of Main Street Dunedin and one block from the Dunedin Marina. One of those small towns that is loaded with charm, festivals, restaurant options and things to explore. Best of all it is within walking distance of Main Street. On top of that Clearwater Beach and Honeymoon Island are just a short ride away. Absolute best location in Dunedin!
No expense was spared in this cottage. From new quality furnishings to high end bedding. This spacious two bedroom, two bath historic cottage was renovated top to bottom and has all modern conveniences of today s standards. Truly a gem! In addition the garage apartment is rented out separately and/or rented as well to make it a 3/2. Of course we provide washer & dryer which is in the garage and shared with guests in apartment. Throughout the cottage you will find high ceilings which opens the space up nicely. The living room has a 55" Smart TV and comes with cable and features quality comfortable furnishings. The open kitchen with large breakfast counter is ideal for mingling. The cottage has a separate office area with desk and a wireless printer. The Master has a high quality queen size bed with hotel linens and has a sitting area, great size closets and TV. The bathroom is en suite. The second bedroom has two twin beds with updated bathroom. It features a claw tub.
