The main living space is open-concept, combining the living and dining rooms with the kitchen. Relax on the cozy couches as you flip through the cable channels on the large flatscreen TV. Prepare a delicious home-cooked meal in the fully-equipped kitchen. If you'd rather dine outdoors, you'll find a large selection of patio furniture on the extended deck. There's also an outdoor kitchen area with a gas grill on the ground floor, perfect for preparing the day's catch of fish.

This elegant, newly constructed cottage sits a little more than 10 miles away from historic downtown Galveston in a quiet residential neighborhood located right alongside the beach. The Moody Gardens amusement park and Schlitterbahn Water Park are just six and a half miles away. Additionally, the Houston airport is a little more than 75 miles to the north. Beachgoers will love their minds when they realize that the beach is less than a tenth of a mile from your front door. If you're interested in surfing, boogie boarding, or stand-up paddleboarding, rentals and lessons are all available close by. There is a large commercial district a little more than seven miles away, which offers a variety of shops and restaurants.

Parking notes: This home has parking underneath and in the driveway area for four vehicles. Please do not park in the neighbors' yard or driveway.


Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.)

The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $2,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
