Within the house the style could be described as comfortably contemporary. All three bedrooms have both air conditioning and a ceiling fan, use whichever you prefer. The master ensuite bathroom is lavish with a double sink, bath and large separate shower. Downstairs your open plan living room / diner overlooks your plunge pool and terrace. You have access to both Apple and Cable TV and for the gamers a Play Station 4. Your kitchen is spacious and fully equipped but with the choice of restaurants nearby you may not use it much. One of the luxuries of this house is that you also get your very own housekeeper that will come in twice a week and generally keep everything in order.
