The downstairs kitchenette opens straight onto the terrace, so you needn't miss a moment of sun while you graze.
Grasse lies only 800m from your holiday villa, it's a brief 15 minute stroll down the hill. The main square is called Place aux Aires, here you'll discover a 3-tier fountain and shops (butchers, bakers, the works.) A 20 minute drive will bring you to Cannes (16 km). The eponymous film festival is only a small fraction of the allure; warmth and exclusivity rule the Cote d'Azur. Imagine sunbathing while the yachts come and go - parfait!

Steeped in history, Grasse boasts an abundance of fantastic restaurants, cafes and shops, perfect for getting a true taste of the local culture.
This area sits within the Alpes-Maritime department in the South of France and is a true haven for outdoor sports lovers: golf courses, tennis courts, fishing, kayaking, canoeing, sailing, water-skiing, horse-riding are all available within a few kilometres radius.
The charming cities of the French Riviera are just a short 20 minutes' drive away and offer glamorous day trip options where you can stroll the yacht-lined marina of Cannes and the cobblestone streets of Antibes then take a dip in the sparkling Mediterranean in Nice.
