Description

Beach Resort Nieuwvliet-Bad is a brand new resort, at a stone's throw from the small-scale centre of the pleasant seaside resort Nieuwvliet-Bad. The resort is located between the Zeeland polder landscape and the dunes, bordering on nature re reserve De Verdronken Zwarte Polder, not far from the Dutch-Belgian border. The beach is only a 5 to 10-minute walk away. Nieuwvliet-Bad has a wide beach and is especially popular with families. At low tide, several ponds appear on the beach. This shallow water is great for your children to play in. There are several hiking and cycling routes along the beautiful coast. Also discover nature reserve De Verdronken Zwarte Polder. Especially on foot there's much to see in this 55 hectare nature reserve. You'll certainly meet lots of birds here. The typical Zeelandic Flanders towns of Sluis (12 km) and Cadzand (6 km) can also easily be reached by bike. Here, the Burgundian lifestyle is given great importance. Just over the Belgian border you'll find the mundane coastal resort of Knokke (15 km). Here you'll find luxurious beach bars, designer shops and several restaurants and outdoor cafes. Closer to home there's the town of Breskens (10 km). This is where you can get your daily groceries and some nice fresh fish. The swimming pool at Beach Resort Nieuwvliet-Bad is open! The pool has three pools, a spray park and slides for all ages. Beach Resort Nieuwvliet-Bad is a beautiful holiday park in the making, in a wonderful location!

The modern, luxury Nieuwvliet Bad Beach Resort is still under construction. Three types of detached, modern villas have recently been added to what we offer. For example, there is a six-person villa (NL-4505-36) with one bedroom and bathroom with shower on the ground floor. On the first floor, there are two more bedrooms and a bathroom with shower. There is parking for two cars at the villa. There is also a ten-person villa (NL-4504-37). This variant features one bedroom and one bathroom with shower on the ground floor. On the first floor, there are four more bedrooms, one of which with TV. There are are also two bathrooms, one of which with it's infrared sauna and shower, and one with bathtub. There is also a separate toilet on this floor. There is parking for three cars, right beside the villa. Finally, there is the 16-person thatched villa (NL-4504-38). This villa features two bedrooms on the ground floor, one of which has a TV. There is also a bathroom with a shower. On the first floor, there are five more bedrooms and three bathrooms, one of which with a bathtub and two with shower. You have two separate toilets and a pleasant infrared sauna on this floor, as well. There is parking for four cars, right by the villa. All villas are modern, comfortable and fully furnished. In the living room with underfloor heating, you have access to a smart TV. The open kitchen is equipped with all amenities. You can find a Nespresso coffee machine, a kettle, a combination microwave, a dishwasher and a refrigerator with freezer there. All the beds are 1-person box-spring beds, either pushed together to make a double bed, or used separately in a twin-room setup. On the ground floor, there is a separate toilet. You can use WiFi for free in all of the villas. A storage room with washing machine and dryer and a garden with (covered) terrace and garden furniture tie everything together. At Beach Resort Nieuwvliet-Bad, you can rent various accommodations for groups from 4 to 16 people.

Specifics
• Beach Resort Nieuwvliet Bad is still under construction. For that reason there are no center facilities yet. The center building will be ready by mid-summer 2020 . Until there are, we do everything to provide you with all the conveniences. There is a sandwich service and you can use the facilities and the sports and animation activities of Noordzee Résidence Cadzand-Bad (approximately 3.5 km away) and all facilities of Zeebad (approximately 9 km away).
• Due to maintenance work, the swimming pool at Beach Resort Nieuwvliet-Bad is closed from Monday 12 December until Friday 16 December.

• You will receive a cost overview by email from the park for the additional costs/local costs. You are required to pay this account before your arrival. This will avoid unnecessary delays on checking in and you will then be able to start your holiday immediately
• Reservations for groups of persons under 21 years of age are not permitted
• The holiday home is exclusively available for recreation purpose only
• The national policy is aimed at minimizing social contacts with others and ensuring (hand) hygiene. At holiday parks the amenities such as entertainment, kids club, swimming pool, wellness and the restaurants may have altered opening hours or might be closed. As soon as it is possible according to government advice, facilities will be opened once again.
• Please note that most countries and/or areas have COVID-19 measures in place. We advise you to take this into account when booking your holiday home since a change in restrictions may not be a valid reason to cancel the booking free of charge.
