It Is 1 block away from the beach and 5 minutes away from downtown San Juan del Sur where all the shops, restaurants/bars and banks are located. There are also many beaches near by to explore around and practice surfing , fishing and navigation. The perfect place for a relaxing vacation and to enjoy San Juan del Sur!

The Space
This Villa is equipped with all the amenities necessary to ensure the most comfortable stay for the most demanding guests, with 4 bedrooms, each with their own bathrooms and A/C. and 1 full bathroom for the pool and social areas. Guests can enjoy a delicious BBQ next to the private pool and relax in the hammocks. It includes: cable tv, wifi, full kitchen, daily cleaning service, private parking, 24-hour security, generator and water tank backup. Everything needed for a safe and stress-free vacation.

Guest access
Guests have access to the entire rented villa. This includes the pool area and parking.

Other things to note
we can arrange transportation from and to Managua International Airport at an extra charge.

Rent includes electricity consumption of 30 Kw/h per day. If consumption per day exceeds, guests will be charged $0.50 per Kw/h over after checkout through Vrbo. To avoid any additional charges, please turn off AC, lights, and fans whenever you are not using them. Daily consumption is available upon request.

-Security Deposit= If you damage the home, you may be charged up to $300.00.

-All guests are asked to respect our neighbours by keeping the noise down/low especially during late and early hours.
