This three bedrooms three bathroom unit has a view of the intercoastal is just minutes from the beach access point in Indian Rocks Beach. This condo has plenty of space for the whole family. It even has a suite on the ground floor with its partial kitchen, full bathroom and access to the patio area.

This unit has stairs to all floors.
Will accept pets under 20 lbs with additional pet fee.
HOUSE RULES and Special Requirements:
You must be 25 years of age to book any of our homes. The person booking the condo must also be one of the occupants.
Saturday to Saturday booking only in Feb, Mar, June, July and Aug. One week minimum stay.

Full kitchen with stainless steel appliances; refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, range and sink.
Guest room has queen bed and plenty of closet space.
Guest bathroom has walk in shower.
2nd floor:
Master bedroom with king size bed, flat screen TV, access to balcony and attached full bathroom
Master bathroom has walk in shower, double sink vanity and plenty of closet space.
In unit washer and dryer located on this floor.
Ground floor:
Suite: Partial kitchen has granite counters with refrigerator, cooktop and sink.
Suite is step up like a studio. The living area has queen size Murphy\'s bed, flat screen TV, chaise lounge and access to the patio.
Step up into the suite bathroom with walk in shower and glass vanity.
Ground floor also has one car garage and foyer.
There is off street parking in the driveway.
This property has stairs to all floors, there is a spiral staircase from the patio area to the 1st floor balcony.
Property also has pool and is waterfront. \'pool is not heated and is shared with 6 other townhouses\'
