This 3 bedroom eco Villa is designed for guests comfort offering a distinctly contemporary earthern decor. The apartment features solid mass rammed earth walls and many welcoming eco features.

The villa is set around a tranquil trout lagoon with cosy gas log fires, a private internal spa and an external hot tub, stainless steel kitchens, king or single beds and the luxury of space.

For winter stays we are only 30km from Falls Creek ski resort and only off mountain accommodation allows you to capture those stunning winter snow-capped mountain views of the Alpine peaks and beautiful sunsets over the majestic Mt.Bogong.

The villa is 3 bedroom/ 2 bathroom sleeping a maximum of #6 and can be set up to suit your groups /family requirements eg. king or single beds or a combination of both.

The apartment is designed with flexibility for those requiring space, quality and style and to sleep a variety of arranged parties such as all couples in king beds, families in king and single beds or small groups in all singles.

Adjoining apartments can be arranged for larger groups so please ask.

All linen, robes and towels are supplied.

Lock up garage houses the laundry and can safely store your bikes, skis or vehicle.

A large fully decked out stainless steel kitchen awaits your culinary skills.

Dining and BBQ outdoor entertainment area outlooks over the pool, lagoon and mountains.

A cosy curved rammed earth wall wraps around the TV DVD lounge with open log fire and French doors open from this lounge onto a private outdoor hot tub.

The top floor bedroom has a summer use air conditioner but the lower floor has only ceiling fans and thermal mass rammed earth walls to hold in the summer cool and winter warmth.

The Villa is set on a 5 acre rural property (Dreamers) in the picturesque village of Mt.Beauty which is located 30km from Bright and also a short 30 minute drive from Falls Creek ski Resort which makes it a prime base for ski enthusiasts.

Dreamers is an easy 2 min stroll to restaurants, cafes, tavern, shops, ski shops, coach to Falls Creek and Kiewa river for fishing or swimming.

Facilities @ Dreamers include:

Pool, lagoon, bird watching, recreation area for kicking a ball and relaxing on the pier.

Local attractions:

Skiing, boarding or sight seeing @ Falls Creek ski resort, local golf courses, Bogong Horseback adventures, hang gliding, bush walking on the Bogong High Plains or up to the peak of Mt.Bogong, mountain biking, fishing in local mountain streams and rivers, drives to Bright, Bogong or historic gold mining villages such as Beechworth and Yackandandah, visit local wineries and bakeries for great food and wines.
