Description

This cozy 2 bedroom villa can comfortably accommodate 4-6 guests. After you pass the entrance door, a shaded path among tropical plants leads you to the villa. Next to the private pool there is outdoor living area which comprises l-shaped sofa with coffee table, dining table, outdoor kitchen (equipped with fridge, BBQ and microwave oven) and breakfast bar. On the ground floor there is a air-conditioned bedroom #1 with double bed, TV, safe, en-suite wardrobe and en-suite shower room with wc. Bedroom #2 is situated on the first floor that can be reached by outdoor staircase at the rear of the villa. This bedroom also features double bed, en-suite shower room with wc and wardrobe. This bedroom is also equipped with air-con. There are sun-loungers and umbrella near the private pool.
Villa has WIFI internet, linen and towels and also dryer.

OUR BEACH
Our estate is located in a quiet and serene area next to Ban Tai Beach that is considered one of the best on the island. Thanks to its soft entrance and absence of waves, our beach is especially loved by families with kids. Moreover, unlike many other beaches, Ban Tai beach is swimmable all year round. It takes only 1 minute by our buggy service to get to the beach. If you prefer walking to beach – it takes around 5-7 minutes to walk through beautiful surroundings.

OUR RESTAURANT
We have recently opened a two-storey restaurant Sea&Sky right on the beachfront. There is a row of sun-loungers and umbrellas where you can chill during the day. We also provide beach towels and water toys for kids. Our restaurant offers a wide selection of delicious dishes of both thai and international cuisine, kid’s menu, detox beverages, cocktails, good wine list and of course hand-made desserts. Upper terrace of Sea&Sky boasts beautiful views over the neighbouring island of Koh Phangan and amazing sunsets. It is a perfect place for an evening cocktail or romantic dinner with candles. Our staff can also deliver food and beverages right to your villa.

OUR LOCATION
Ban Tai area is conveniently located in the central northern part of Koh Samui. Within a 5 minute walk there are a number of local restaurants, SevenEleven shop, fruit stands, massage salons, pizzeria and even muay thai fitness camp. If you would like an evening out, it takes only 10 minutes to drive to Fisherman’s Village – a popular area with shops and lots of restaurants. Big supermarkets (Big C, Tesco Lotus, Macro) are around 15 minutes drive. Bustling Chaweng (the most famous tourist area) with tons of bars, restaurants and a huge trade center Central Festival is 20 minutes drive. International Koh Samui airport is also around 20 minutes drive.
