Blue Ridge Village in Banner Elk is the perfect place to relax, breathe in fresh mountain air and reconnect with nature.

Wallow in the pleasures at Blue Ridge Village's Two- Bedroom Villa. This 972 square feet unit features 1 King Bed in the master bedroom, 2 Twin bed(s), 1 Sofa bed most comfortable for 2 children including a full kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and laundry. Maximum of 6 occupants.

Additional amenities include: blender, cable television, coffee maker, Dishwasher, fireplace, hairdryer, Ice Maker, iron/ironing board, microwave, oven, refrigerator, Stove/Range, washer/dryer, and a Whirlpool Bath.

Resort Amenities include: Basketball, BBQ Grills, Business Center/Fax, Clubhouse, Fishing, Fitness Room, Internet Access, Mini-Golf, On-Site Security, Paddle Boats, Tennis and Vacation Planning.

NOTE: This resort is set in a rustic location, and due to the nature of the terrain, there are many stairs and steps on property. This includes entry into vacation unit's as well as on paths around the property. Furthermore, this resort does not have an elevator.

Construction:
There are several exciting developments underway at Blue Ridge Village. Please be aware that some amenities may be closed to bring these upgrades to you. Our playground is out of service to make way for a new and expanded 18-hole mini golf course, which remains in the design phase for now, and a new playground. The indoor pool and hot tub are currently closed pending a large-scale renovation. Lastly, through September 1, 2021, we will be upgrading internet capabilities on property. Teams may need access to rooms for upgrades, but we will do our best to limit inconveniences. Pedal boats are unavailable late fall through early spring. Please check with the resort before you travel to check seasonality.

The resort internet is unstable resort-wide, except for in the registration building. Plans are underway for complete upgrade by year-end.

Notice:

All our luxury resorts use a system called Allocate Upon Arrival which means the actual suite you will be assigned to is given upon check-in. These photos are a combination of all the different suites on site. If you have a floor, unit or building number that you would like to stay in, please do not hesitate to ask. The full-time on-site reservation check-in staff is happy to do their best to accommodate your request. Please note since we do not place you in an exact unit and this is done by the front desk staff, we cannot guarantee the requests, but will do our best to make sure they are accommodated. If your reservation is more than 4 nights you may be assigned to a new suite for housekeeping purposes. Keeping our suites up to luxury standard is our top priority.

The person checking in must be 21 years of age (or older). With this notion, please prepare a VALID ID and credit card in your name. A $100 Pre-Authorization from any major credit card upon checking in is required. After purchase you will receive an email confirmation showing your name on the reservation as the guest checking in within 14 days of check in date. Please bring a valid form of Picture ID. However, if you would like to change the name of the person checking in after you have provided this information, there will be a $99.00 name change fee. Any damages will be charged upon check-out.

The check- in time is 4 p.m. ET, and check-out time is 10 a.m. ET. On another note, late check-in procedures are available at the security gate after 8 p.m. The nearest airport to Blue Ridge Village is Asheville Airport (AVL) which is 75 miles by car respectively.

Please note by purchasing this listing you agree that there may be a chance for an 'Upgrade' to your unit for a larger unit that will fit the same amount of people, if this becomes available we will upgrade your room without question and free of charge.
